This all-bodyweight program is designed to be appropriate for as many people as possible. Whether you are just beginning or are a total mutant, you will find this program challenging. To increase difficulty, consider adding load of any kind, increasing time under tension, or decreasing rest time. To decrease difficulty, remove sets or cut down reps per set. These workouts are designed to slowly kick your ass. Spend your time focusing on getting in excellent positions and cooking each muscle individually.
