1. Initial Assessment

We start with a private assessment to identify goals, injury history, and lifestyle. I’ll take you through a basic movement analysis. The meeting of the minds. The beginning of something special. Meet me in Union Square Manhattan, or I can come to you!

2. Custom Training and Nutrition Plan

You will receive a periodized fitness and diet program that is tailored to your needs, schedule, and abilities. I integrate advanced biomechanics, postural restoration, and elite strength training into manageable, straightforward workouts. Everything syncs to your favorite apps and devices. Sweeeeet!

3. Accountability and Camaraderie

I see most folks in-person either once or twice a week. But my coaching goes beyond that: you can expect regular check-ins throughout the week and all the guidance you need to succeed. This allows us to make meaningful progress week after week. Simple, intelligent, science-based programming to give you all progress, no pain. The pillars of my program are effort, consistency, and communication.

4. Knowledge and Insights

You can’t score without goals. Defined objectives and honest communication to measure progress and answer questions (such as, "pineapple on pizza?"). It’s more than just an hour a week at the gym. It’s like having a personal coach right in your pocket.
