1. Initial Assessment

We start with a video call to identify goals, injury history, and lifestyle. I want to get to know you and, more importantly, your favorite flavor of ice cream. The meeting of the minds. The beginning of something special!

2. Your Personal Health Program

Regardless of how often we see each other screen-to-screen, you will receive a comprehensive fitness and diet program that is tailored to your needs, schedule, and abilities. I integrate advanced biomechanics, postural restoration, and elite strength training into manageable, straightforward workouts. Everything syncs to your favorite apps and devices. Sweeeeet!

3. When, How, Where, What Else?

The majority of my clients do either one or two virtual PT sessions per week. But don’t worry - you’re not on your own the rest of the week. In my program, you can expect custom solo workouts, regular check-ins, and all the support you need to succeed. Simple, intelligent, science-based programming to give you all progress, no pain. The pillars of my program are effort, consistency, and communication.

4. Knowledge and Insights

Most of all, I want you to succeed. But, you can’t score without goals. Defined objectives and honest communication to measure progress and answer questions (such as, "pineapple on pizza?"). Detailed video feedback and technique analysis are included. It’s like having a personal coach right in your pocket.
