1. Initial Assessment

We start with a video call to identify goals, diet history, and lifestyle. We’ll chat about how to make a simple, comprehensive plan fit your schedule and needs. There is never the perfect diet, only what works best for you, your body, and your schedule. This is the meeting of the minds. The beginning of something special!

2. A Personal Nutrition Program

My clients don’t “diet.” They eat whatever they want, in moderation. We build a sustainable, intelligent, and healthy relationship with food. You will receive a simple, periodized program that is tailored to your lifestyle, schedule, and abilities. Everything syncs to your favorite apps and devices. Sweeeeet!

3. Support and Camaraderie

You can’t score without goals. Defined objectives and honest communication to measure progress and answer questions (such as, "pineapple on pizza?") are paramount for your success. The pillars of my program are effort, consistency, and communication. In my program, you can expect regular check-ins and all the support you need to succeed.

4. Cooking For Pleasure, Not a Chore

Straightforward, nonintrusive, science-based programming to give you all progress, no pain. Most of my clients are surprised when there’s no dry chicken and brown rice. We explore the vast universe of taste and preparation. We talk recipes, dieting knowledge, cooking and cuisine, meal prep, body image, and which Ben & Jerry’s flavor is the best (Half Baked, no contest). It’s more than just a diet. It’s like having a personal coach right in your pocket.
